本实训室主要承担工业机器人技术、机电一体化、电气自动化等专业相关专业课程的课内实践实训教学任务。设备总值为235万元,建筑面积为50 平方米。实训室的教学以教学大纲和校系实验教学计划为依据,严格执行教学计划教学规章制度。并根据学科、课程、课时、设备、师生等具体情况,科学安排教学计划,按各专业的不同要求,开设不同的实验项目共17项,包括工业机器人示教单元使用、伺服电机模块回零、步进电机模块相对运动控制等实验,实验室注重教研结合,在保质保量完成教学任务情况下,根据教研活动需要向校内外开放,并安排一定比例的设计性、综合性实验,提高教师和学生分析、解决问题的能力和创新能力,加强实验室的社会化程度和校际协作效应。
仪器设备:
1、THMSRB-3型工业机器人与智能视觉系统应用实训平台2套;
2、SZBS-Z14053机电一体化精密传动通用实训平台6套;
3、SZBS-Z14053模块化可拆装六自由度串联机器人5套。
主要实训任务:
主要承担《智能驱动控制技术》、《工业机器人技术应用》等课程的实验、教学实习和科研工作。该实训室为学生提供良好的配套仪器,供同学们完成各种测量实验、实习任务,从而使学生更好地掌握所学知识,达到实践和理论相结合的目的;与此同时还能为社会培训电工技术人才提供实验和实习场所。由于本实训室采用的是成套设备,模块化平台,具有结构紧凑、使用方便、保护功能完备的特点,便于适应教学改革,开发出具有面向生产实践、面向未来的实验和实践内容。

Introduction to Training Room of Industrial Robot Technology Center
This training room is mainly responsible for the teaching tasks of industrial robot technology, mechatronics, electrical automation and other professional courses. The total value of the equipment is $2.35 million and the construction area is 50 square meters. The teaching in the training room is based on the teaching syllabus and the experimental teaching plan of the school department, and the teaching rules and regulations of the teaching plan are strictly implemented. According to the specific conditions of disciplines, courses, class hours, equipment, teachers and students, the teaching plan is arranged scientifically. According to the different requirements of different majors, a total of 17 different experimental projects are set up, including the use of industrial robot teaching unit, servo motor module return to zero, stepper motor module relative motion control and other experiments. The laboratory pays attention to the combination of teaching and research, and completes the teaching tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed. According to the needs of teaching and research activities, it is open to both inside and outside the school, and a certain proportion of design and comprehensive experiments are arranged to improve the ability of teachers and students to analyze and solve problems and innovate, and strengthen the degree of socialization of the laboratory and the effect of inter-school collaboration.
Instruments and equipment:
1. THMSRB-3 industrial robot and intelligent vision system application training platform 2 sets;
2. SZBS-Z14053 electromechanical integration precision transmission universal training platform 6 sets;
3. SZBS-Z14053 modular detachable six degrees of freedom series robot training platform 5 sets.
Main training tasks:
Mainly responsible for the experiment, teaching practice and scientific research of "Intelligent Drive Control Technology", "Industrial Robot Technology Application" and other courses. The training room provides students with good supporting instruments for students to complete a variety of measurement experiments, practice tasks, so that students better grasp the knowledge, to achieve the purpose of combining practice and theory; At the same time, it can also provide experiment and practice places for the training of electrician and technical talents. As this training room adopts complete sets of equipment and modular platform, it has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient use and complete protection function, which is easy to adapt to teaching reform, and has developed experimental and practical contents oriented to production practice and future.
