《电工电子实训室（二）》简介

一、实训室主要设备

电工电子实训室电工实训工位共35个，安装与调试接线网孔板50套，交流接触器等低压元器件50套，剥线钳等实训工具50套.

二、实训项目

开设的实训项目主要有：

1.低压元器件的拆装实训

2.单向启动控制线路安装与调试实训

3.顺序启动控制线路安装与调试实训

4.电动机正反转控制线路安装与调试实训

5.星三角降压启动控制线路安装与调试实训

6.能耗制动控制线路安装与调试实训

三、实训室功能

可开设课程为《电机与电气控制技术》，《电气控制线路安装与调试》课程，主要培养学生的低压元器件的认识与拆装；基本电气控制线路的安装与调试，也可以为企业员工和社会人员提供相关培训与鉴定。

I. Main equipment of the training room

There are a total of 35 electrician training spaces in the electrical and electronic training room, 50 sets of installation and debugging wiring mesh panels, 50 sets of low-voltage components such as AC contactors, and 50 sets of practical training tools such as stripping pliers.

II. Practical training project

The practical training projects mainly include:

1. Disassembly and assembly training of low-voltage components

2. One-way start control line installation and debugging training

3. Sequential start control line installation and debugging training

4. Practical training on the installation and debugging of motor forward and reverse control lines

5. Training on the installation and debugging of Star Triangle Step-Down Startup Control Line

6. Training on the installation and commissioning of energy consumption brake control lines

III. Functions of the training room

    Courses can be offered in "Motor and Electrical Control Technology" and "Installation and Debugging of Electrical Control Lines", which mainly cultivate students' understanding and disassembly of low-voltage components; the installation and debugging of basic electrical control lines can also provide relevant training and appraisal for enterprise employees and social personnel.
